**How to get a white boy to notice an indian girl?**?

First of all im in middle school. Not to be offensive or racist, but I’m smart and funny and a whole lot of people think I’m pretty. I’m the only Indian in my school and I’m attracted to white guys, but not one white guy will ask me out! Especially this one guy. I do not want to ask him out, but how do I get them to notice me and ask ME out? Help needed
Under all circumstances you CAN NOT make someone genuinely like you.
get them to notice you, thats hard because its takes a more in depth approach to the situation which is somewhat hard to evaluate based on such little info. I can tell you though, most guys including myself like being asked out by girls

ok, well I am currently a sophomore at college. I met this girl my sophomore year of high school at a conference. We ended up talking for quite a bit and actually became pretty close friends online, we’d both help her out with her problems and I’ve been encouraging her to get closer to her faith in God. This last summer, I was taking summer classes at school, and she had a summer cabin near my school. I went to visit her a couple of times and we hung out a little bit. There did come a point where we made out a few times, but nothing beyond that, and never declared that we were in a "relationship". Near the end of the summer, I made it pretty clear that we wouldn’t start a relationship. She lived over three hours away and she is a year younger. She tried for quite a while to have me "give it a chance", but I still said no. It’s been over a year now, but she still has it in her mind that she needs to wait for me. I have tried several times to drop contact with her, but I get bombarded with "i’m a wreck without you" messages and I eventually cave back in. She is attending the same large state school I am attending as a freshman in a few weeks, and has this idea that we can hang out and get back/start getting together in a relationship. She tells me all the time about how much I mean, how she cares about me more than anyone else, how she has been praying for so long for us to get together, and she would do everything in her power to make me happy to her and how she would do anything to be with me.
While I have told her several times that I am not looking for that and how I prefer that we be "just friends", I need to make it clear to her before college that I don’t mind hanging out with her, but a relationship cannot happen.
What I am seriously concerned about-
-She doesn’t have the highest self-esteme, she constantly compares herself to other girls, says how she isn’t "as good" or "as pretty" as other girls and how she can never be good enough for me
-She already is a very emotional girl.
-While she hasn’t made any blatant remarks about it, I am worried that me telling her I can’t be with her could have life-threatening implications.
-While she doesn’t completely, she does associate me with "strengthing her faith", with me being out of the picture and everything I am worried that she’ll turn away from it.
So my question-
How to tell her that I cannot be in a realtionship with her and she needs to move on but being very careful about it because she is pretty sensitive.
I would appreciate any advice
Good for you for recognizing that just because someone wants to be with you isn’t good enough to base a relationship on.
She sounds like she needs some counselling for her self-esteem and control/manipulative tactics.
Being 100% honest with her is your best bet (that doesn’t mean being mean). She likely won’t commit suicide over it, but she wants you to believe she will, thereby holding you emotionally hostage. If you do feel she’s at risk then contact her family to make them aware of the problem, they are in a better position to get help for her.
If she’s a reader buy her the book "the Celestine Prophecy", my favorite chapter is about recognizing when you are addicted to the opposite sex and how to eliminate that addiction. It’s liberating to discover that you are responsible for your happiness, not anyone else.
