A kind of “stress dam” I like to call it, is setup when we cannot or do not know how to release tension. When you allow stress to build, it releases hormones that cause us to be more accident-prone and less able to make good decisions. This can also reduce our motivation to succeed and even cause burnout and loss of performance. Trying to start and maintain a new home business can cause a slow buildup of stress.
In some people the stress builds up to a certain point and they “explode” in anger or “fly off the handle” as my mom used to say. Some people break things or treat others badly. This is the wrong way to relieve stress and could be dangerous. It also will transfer stress to coworkers and worse to your customers.
Stress can change the way you answer emails and phone calls to customers or clients. You may not notice a thing but your customer can feel that slight boiling point or impatience with them.
MOVIES AND TV
Why do we like to watch a good action movie? You know it’s fake and all that killing isn’t real. Think about it. If you know it’s not real then why do you get more excited when the action builds? I’ll tell you something you should think about a lot and give more thought to what your kids are watching too! The fact is: Your creative mind thinks it’s real! It does not know in any way that what you are watching is not real! No matter what logic you think of to inform the creative side of your brain that this movie is only for fun is ignored by the creative side of your mind. It has no logic except, It’s real. So, you know what to do.
BAD AND COSTLY INTERNET ADVICE
It’s easy to spend a small fortune on E-books and information products that are worthless. You should only deal with a few very honest and knowledgeable businesses on the internet. It may be hard to believe but one of the best internet business guides and advice doesn’t cost a thing. I do know some very good and honest people that teach online business but it’s expensive in my opinion. Why not get the information for nothing. The paid versions may offer a little more hand holding. The free version wants to sell you their web service but its customers have had the greatest success.
TWO KINDS OF EXHAUSTION
Eight or ten hours of normal work isn’t going to make you come home and plop down in a chair where you can’t move for hours. Then drag yourself off to bed when the wife calls you. Notice I said Normal workdays. If you’re fighting fires all day or catching fish in the North Sea or working in a gold mine then it’s normal to be exhausted.
I’ve known farmers that collapsed on the bed, dirty clothes and all. After knowing them for a while it was easy to see the stress caused by the huge problems and low profits of farming. It would sap their energy like a sponge. I noticed my cousin wasn’t like that at all. After work he was tired but after dinner he would say “Hey Walt, let’s go fishing.” And off we would go to the river and fish till dark. He didn’t let anything bother him and so had more energy. He had learned to “let go” and release the stress energy naturally.
A mature individual views mistakes as a learning experience and not as a shameful event. Don’t worry what others think of you and build your self confidence from within you. This will increase your self esteem.
Assertiveness is much better than a passive or weak approach to business deals. Stress is built up when you acknowledge the power of the other person or worry about potential conflict. Not in an aggressive way but in an assertive approach ask for what you want by negotiating rationally with the other person. In this way you show respect for your working relationship and it’s much better for your self-esteem.
Drinking and using drugs is a selfish self-centered way to feel better. Not one person in the history of the world ever gained a thing from this behavior. It’s obvious. And that includes actors and rich people. If you feel like you need to drink or use drugs you should go and help someone instead. Do not expect anything in return not even thanks. I helped a lady the other day and she told me to go jump in the ocean.
Release stress in natural ways. Make sure you are getting enough sleep. As you get older you may need more. Some people say “I don’t need much sleep” but it catches up with them sooner or latter.
Dreaming is a natural stress reliever. If you do not dream much or don’t remember what you dream then you are not getting enough sleep. One of the things I do is take vitamin B6, (not in a multi). It makes me dream more, remember my dreams and take away my stress.
Careful of the type of movies you see! Part of you (your creative mind) thinks it’s real. That’s why you like them so much. Try drawing or music to relax and Later at bedtime, you should sleep like a baby. Wild sounds (that’s why God made birds) of nature are also designed to clear out the cobwebs. Most people have no idea how the forest can clear the mind but campers and fishermen know.
Writing your problems and feelings down in a notebook helps a lot. ( some people may have to burn it afterwards ) A wonderful way to help yourself is to make up a story with all your problems dumped into the characters. You can give them worse problems then you ever had and then solve them by the end of the story. I wrote an entire science fiction screenplay with every thing I ever wanted and it worked wonders for me.
Nice Guys with Girl problems. Ever wonder why girls like the bad boys and not the so called “nice guy”. It’s because overly nice guys are seen as needy and not as strong confident men. Oh please like me! I’m so needy! Lots of guys do this you’re so pretty kind of kiss her hinnie. Don’t do it! Tease her in a nice funny way. Never act or be needy because if you do she surely won’t need you! If you are a REAL MAN she will be lucky to get you so give it time. Please remember that women are never ATTRACTED to WUSSIES so never act like one, NEVER! Real Women love Real confident Men by nature and by choice.

Top 5 Ways To Make A Woman Irresistibly Attracted To You

If you want to attract women, you have to think like a salesman. Know what your clients want, and tune your product–that’s you–to fit the clients’ needs.
So what we have are five areas that we must market effectively if we want to spark an initial attraction from women. After that, it’s up to you to show what a great guy you are: let her know you’re special, unique, one of a kind. That’s what makes you…a best-seller!
1. Ambition
From an evolutionary stand-point, this one makes complete sense. Think cavemen and cave women in the Stone Age, with some of the weaker cavemen seeking a higher station in the tribe. Who do you think the cave women went for? The men who hobbled along meekly in the bottom of the order…or the men who strived for more and sought a higher place in the pack? Much of a woman’s desire to be with a man who is ambitious and seeks success, is based simply on survival: The more powerful the man, the more likely she’ll survive and live well. Logically, going for a guy who has no ambition means she’s likely to live in poverty and struggle. Not very appealing, is it?
So you have to present yourself as a guy who’s not satisfied with his station in life. This is good for both you and her. If you’re making $6 an hour at McDonald’s and are content to stay there, not many women are going to be attracted to you. But if you’re making $6 an hour and working your ass off to own your own franchise, taking business classes at night so you can learn how to run a business: well, suddenly you’re not so bad-looking! Believe me, women will give men a chance, they want to give men a chance–as long as they see potential. Know that quote, “Behind every great man is an even greater woman”? Show you’ve got potential and direction, and you’ll get that great woman.
2. Status
Again, evolutionary instincts of survival make women naturally attracted to men of high status. High status=good living for herself and her children. Fortunately, projecting high status does not have to be difficult; according to Roberts, “Wearing the right clothes, especially nice shoes, can go a long way toward portraying wealth. Taking on the unshaken or unworried attitude of wealthy men can project affluence. Hesitant, irresolute, bland men come across as having lower incomes and being less reliable.” Got that? You don’t have to be a powerful, articulate man yourself-you just have to project similar qualities.
Some of these qualities include:
* Not putting yourself down. Without being a braggart, talk positively about your accomplishments, job position, and possessions-even if they’re not much. If you treat things as a big deal, other people will, too. Conversely, if you downplay your accomplishments and character, women will, too. Your attitude is contagious, so make sure it’s an enthusiastic, enlivening one that people enjoy.
* Act like you deserve good women. Don’t let women assume a higher status than you. Show them that YOU are the one with higher status. You can do this in a number of ways, including not acting impressed by a woman’s beauty or career (say, she’s a model); teasing her about her clothes or makeup; and asking her to buy you a drink. Chances are she won’t, but just by acting like you deserve it, you raise your status! She’s not such an untouchable goddess in the end.
Remember, as well, that women want to EARN a man; they relish the challenge of luring in a winning catch. So play hard to get: talk to other girls, say you’ve got to be leaving just when things are going well, don’t immediately ask for her phone number. If you act like a man who can have his pick of women, then chances are, you will!
* Knowing people of high status. This is a great one. Get to know the people of power: the club owners, bartenders, maitres’d. Position yourself as a sociable person who’s in the know. When a woman sees you getting special treatment and chatting with high-status people, she’ll see right away that you’re someone of importance. It will also reduce the importance of the other factors, such as height, money, and ambition; immediately you’ve proven yourself valuable.
* Social proof/Female acquaintances. Hey, nothing says, “This guy’s attractive” than having females around him. Of course, the hotter they are, the hotter you look, but even just having average-looking female company can only help: it shows women that other women are interested in you. Do your best to get your female friends and family (sisters, cousins) to come out with you. It’s social proof, and it works!
* Wearing nice clothes. “When a man is well dressed,” writes communications expert, Leil Lowndes, “it signifies his ability to provide for her offspring.” You don’t have to be rich and powerful to wear nice clothes. You just have to show that you’re a man of quality, a man headed towards somewhere who pays attention to dress (something women cna never get enough of). Formal clothes, such as a suit, convey that you are serious about success; you desire good things. So just by wearing a nice sports jacket, dress shirt, and slacks, you let a woman know you’re a man with status. You’re a man who could provide for her and her children.
The colors you wear are vital: Studies show that red, burgundy, and black clothes convey high status. So get yourself some slick black suits or formal wear, a red shirt, and one of my favorites (and girls’!), a sleek burgundy button-down shirt. They all convey regality and strength.
In the case of red, you have the added bonus of sexuality, power, and dominance: definitely good qualities to portray! Go and purchase a nice red polo shirt, or red tie for your suit.
If you enjoy white clothes-the color of purity and cleanliness-then make sure you work on your TAN. White clothes against a dark backdrop make you look exotic, sexy, and well-travelled. You don’t have to be an jet-setting playboy, to look like one!
* Winning body language. Women judge men by the way they move and position themselves; it’s part of their superior communication skills to know what a man is thinking or feeling based on his body language. So, position yourself in the right way: don’t slouch, sit upright, gaze at her knowingly, lean into her to initiate intimacy. I’ve got a great column on body language that will teach you the right ways-and the wrong ways-to project high status.
3. Financial Resources According to Matthew Fitzgerald, “Studies with college coeds show that when shown photographs of men dressed in high-status uniforms, ties, expensive watches, etc.) and low-status uniforms, these women would be significantly more willing to enter into relationships with the more expensively-attired males regardless of the man’s physical appearance. To a woman, attraction is simple: green is very good-looking.”
Okay, so not every guy has money for expensive suits and watches, and materialism may not be part of your game. However, if you want to impress women, one of the fastest ways is by wearing snazzy clothes, sporting nice shoes (girls LOVE shoes!), and driving an expensive car. Especially when it comes to designer brands, women are VERY keen at spotting high-quality products. It’s just part of their nature; with expensive possessions come high status and ambition, and a more comfortable lifestyle. Again, this all comes from their instinctual drive for survival and prosperity for themselves and their children. By owning the best, you become the best. At least on the surface.
Ultimately, if you want true love it’s up to you to find women who share the same goals and values. If money and status aren’t the most important things in life for you, don’t chase the girls who do prioritize those things. Don’t go for the shallow, bitchy types who only judge a man by how much he can spend on her.
4. Educational Level
Knowledge really is power, and on top of that, it’s an aphrodisiac! Gone are the days when being smart was acquainted with being a nerd; now, knowledge and intelligence are your friends. It’s the easiest way to money, and the easiest way to success. So show it off a little. Let her know your TALENTS, your interests, your areas of special knowledge. As Roberts writes, “Women are drawn to experts like the Crocodile Hunter, Bill Gates and Chris Rock because they’re experts in their industries.” None of those guys is particularly good-looking, but they’re good at what they do, and parlay their knowledge into success, which drives women wild.
A guy who’s an expert is one who is clearly successful and of higher status. At the very least, having a special knowledge means you have the TOOLS for success, and can provide intellectual stimulation for a girl (which, unless she’s a bimbo with an IQ of 70, is quite important for women).
Additionally, just being in school is a great way to show off your knowledge: “If you’re in school, not only are there more women available, but you’ve already demonstrated to them that you’re getting educated. Otherwise, it’s up to you to come across as reliable and credible without making her feel dumb.”
5. Physical Aptitude
Physical height alone is an easy way to catch a woman’s attention, but it’s not the only thing. Again, evolutionary mechanics come into play here. A man who is tall, strong, and athletic is more likely to fend off threats to the woman and her children. He is also more likely to have a strong immune system, which will further aid their chances of survival. So, you can’t blame women too much for valuing these things: in the world of female attraction, it really is a survival of the fittest. Those who show women they are in shape and healthy are much more likely to survive the dating game! Ergo, athletes, bouncers, firemen get the girls.
As for height, it’s all a matter of perspective. We’ve all seen short guys with tall beautiful women. Neil Strauss himself, the best of the best pickup artists, is just 5′6″ yet gets more beautiful women than we can imagine. How? By believing in himself. By positioning himself as a man of high status. By not bowing down to women of greater height or beauty. And by being a guy women know is fun and energetic to be around. In short, he’s got INNER GAME, and when you have that down, nothing can stop you. You may even find yourself dating women who are taller than you!
But remember, presenting a man who’s healthy and strong, willing to stand up for himself and the girl in a fight: that’s the kind of guy who women will go for, regardless of height. Did you know that men with strong immune systems give off pheromone scents that women are instinctually attracted to? If you pay attention to what you eat and go to the gym on a regular basis, you’re going to build your immune system up, and attract women without even trying! So do it, and watch the number of dates you get, soar.
In the end, men are like books: women judge them by their covers. But inside is an even greater story. So make your cover captivating, and you’ll become a “best-seller” in no time!

El Valle De Anton

Where in the world can you go to be within thirty minutes of some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and enjoy an almost perfect daily climate in a mountainous setting? El Valle De Anton! El Valle De Anton is one of the most sought after locations for Expats relocating to Panama. The year-round average high temperature is 20° C (68° F), and the average nighttime minimum is a comfortable 16° C (61° F), there is little variation between summer and winter temperatures, the major difference being the amount of wind and rain from season to season.
At an altitude of 2200 meters (7217.85 ft) El Valle is nestled in the long extinct second largest volcanic crater in the world (three by five mile crater). When you begin your descend into the crater from the rim you will notice that it is indeed situated in a round bowl of jagged mountain peaks. You will also notice an overall green appearance to the area due to the richness of the volcanic soil lending itself to the abundance of flowers that bloom there year round. It is very refreshing in contrast to Panama City where the building and houses fill the lots from corner to corner barely allowing sunlight to pass between them. El Valle is spread out with large lots; an abundance of trees and grass separating the well maintained houses. Many of homes are owned by local residents whose names could make up a Who’s Who of Panama book.
Without the presence of a town square the pavilion covered local artesian market sells a variety of crafts, produce, and plants and is the true hub of the town. It is located on the main street that runs through El Valle it is enhanced by the presence of several restaurants, hotels, and markets that have sprung up over time due to El Valle’s popularity with visiting tourists and as a weekend getaway for many of Panama City’s residences.
El Valle is a step back in time when neighbors paused in the street to greet one another. When it was safe for children to ride their bikes or ride horseback in the street without a concern for safety. Where once you are established it’s still possible to run a tab at the local grocer and pay your bill monthly. It’s the kind of place where if your kids take off with a friend after breakfast only to return at bed time you don’t worry. Someone’s Mom has fed them lunch or they’ve picked up something in the grocery and you know they are safe. A favorite weekend pastime of locals is gather together for dinner at someones house until late in the evening with board games and great conversation. But don’t be deceived, this deliciously lazy and gentle little community has more to offer than first meets the eye.
Pozos Termales (El Valle Hot Water Springs)
The El Valle hot water springs are located just off the main road in El Valle. The facility is the only one of its kind in the area, as are their thermal waters. Open from 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.-5:00 p.m. from Monday-Friday, and 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. on weekends, it costs $2.00 for adults and $1.00 for children. It offers two therapeutic mud treatments, one for the face and one for the body. An attendant will some you how to use the treatments and explain its therapeutic benefits, some English is spoken. After allowing the mud to dry, it’s off to the rinsing station, where the thermal waters flow from a pipe allowing you to remove the mud. Next you will be allowed to enter the pool that offer bathers still warm, hot springs water. Soak as long as you like and on the way out don’t forget to grab a couple of containers of mud to take back with you. On your departure you may also notice a home on the right side as you are leaving the springs that has a fountain/pool in the front yard with steam rising from it, only in El Valle.
El Nispero Plant Nursery & Zoo in El Valle
Open from 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. 7 days a week, the zoo provides the best location in El Valle to see the endangered and famous golden frogs of Panama. The zoo contains numerous animal and plant species. There is a trail that passes through the zoo, which takes an hour or so to complete depending on your pace.
Ranas Doradas (Golden Frogs of El Valle)
There are no wild frogs in El Valle proper. To see the frogs in their natural habitat you will have to take a tour into the surrounding mountain range. Starting at the area they call “La Mesa” the hike is quite challenging as it is mostly up hill on a thin winding path and depending on your physical condition takes approximately 2-2 1/2 hours to complete each way. You should plan to dedicate one day to this hike should you decided to go.
Bird Watching in El Valle
El Valle is full of birds and rated as one of Panama’s best birding areas. You can enjoy them from the valley or you may choose to take a birding hike in the Gaital Nature Preserve.
Arboles Quadrados (Square Trees of El Valle)
These particular trees have a square trunk at the base becoming round as your gaze progresses up the trunk. The trail to the tress is fairly easy to find and relatively well marked, it’s an easy few minutes hike on the trail.
Cascada El Macho (El Macho Waterfall in El Valle)
This waterfall is the largest in the region (70 meters/210 feet) and is a 15 minute walk from the town. The waterfall is open from 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., 7 days a week. There are two small trails and one longer trail; all are good for photographic opportunities. There is also a lovely little natural pool deep enough for swimming at the base of the waterfall. There is a small changing area and benches at the pool area. You will be provided a walking stick with your entrance fee. It will help you maneuver the trail and suspended bridges that stay slightly wet and mossy. The smaller trails are suitable for children.
Rainforest Canopy Tour in El Valle
This is a ride in a gondola supported by cables through the canopy of trees. You will ride along the picturesque waterfall, El Macho for a breathtaking panoramic view of the great rainforest.
Petroglyphs (Stone Writings in El Valle)
About a 15-20 minute walk from town are the Petroglyphs, or stone writings. All of the writings can be found on one large vertical rock face and there is no mention as to what they signify.
La India Dormida (The Sleeping Indian Princess in El Valle)
You can see her from many places around town and she looks exactly like the profile of a girl sleeping, complete with eyelashes. Ask any local to point your gaze in the right direction. If you speak Spanish or you can find a local that speaks English, ask them to tell you the legend that goes with La India Dormida.
Bike riding and mountain biking in El Valle
The flat floor of the crater the town sits is an easy ride for site seeing or just exploring the town. On some of the nearby mountain slopes are mountain biking trails. Bicycle rentals are available in town.
Horseback riding in El Valle
Horses can be rented by the hour with a guide available upon request. Everyone in town knows where the place where the horse are rented at the fork in the road. Just ask a local.
IPAT Office (Tourism Office in El Valle)
Last but not least, we suggest you visit the office Panama’s Tourism Institute. The office is in the center of El Valle. Open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. they have maps of the area with all the major tourist attractions clearly marked.
If this is too much back to nature for your taste then you may prefer one of the many restaurants available for your dinning pleasure.
There are street vendors, a bakery that sales the most delicious fresh items and double yolk eggs. A pizza shop or even Don Pepe there are about eight different restaurants to choose from. There is even a boutique hotel and restaurant nestled on one of the hillside slopes which was created by a well-known restaurateur. The hotel features beautiful Tuscany type architecture and it tastefully finished with beautiful lush gardens, a picturesque view across to the mountains and an outdoor spa. The restaurant was the first thing built on the property the rest was built based on the restaurant’s popularity; people drive in from Panama City just to eat there.
One of the hotels in town has a stream that runs through the center of its indoor-outdoor lobby and restaurant area. The rooms are clean well kept yet offer a rustic artesian décor. Another has a wellness and outdoor adventure focus. There are various bed and breakfasts, a world class eco resort, hostels, lodges, backpacker dormitory, and lodgings that accept pets. There is even a small gourmet coffee shop and El Valle has its own brand of organic locally grown coffee.
Suffice it to say there is something for everyone, lodgings and cuisines ranges from a world class boutique hotel to simple backpacker fare.

You need to be realistic in what guys are really saying. Guys want a single woman who is consistent and stable. Don’t act one way on the first date and another way on the second date. Stability is the key.
Tip 3. The goal of dating tips for single women is not to change you into someone else so you can meet more men. Guys don’t want that. Men want someone who is confident. That’s right, confidence really turns them on. If you are happy with yourself and who you are, then he will be too. Men don\’t want drama queens.
